Description: NA The following change is made to the synopsis published on May 1, 2003: The contract will also include award term provisions that will allow the potential term of the contract to be 8 years. The contract will consist of an initial 1-year base period and 2 one-year options. There will be an additional 5 options that must be earned through performance. In the 2nd year you can earn the 4th year by achieving a rating of VERY GOOD. In the 3rd year you can earn the 5th year with a rating of VERY GOOD. After that you must achieve a rating of EXCELLENT to earn options.
