Description
NA The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, is soliciting proposals for a Job Order Contract (JOC). The JOC is for a broad range of maintenance and repair work, and a wide variety of minor construction projects in and around Fort Drum, NY. The contrac t will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, firm-fixed-price type contract against which individual task orders will be issued by the Contracting Officer, using pre-established unit prices from the JOC Unit Price Book. The task orders will encom pass a wide range of projects, such as but not limited to: carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry and welding. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to accomplish all task orders. The contract period shall be for a base period of one year plus 9 option years. This procurement is 100 percent Set-Aside for HUBZone small business concerns, pursuant to the requirements of FAR Subpart 19.1305, HUBZone set-aside procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00 total (base and all options). Th e guaranteed minimum contract obligation is $200,000.00 per year. The maximum value for the base year and all options shall not exceed $100,000,000.00. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about June 6, 2003. The DUE DATE for the RFP shall b e 45 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum??????s Web Page. All responsible HUBZone small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. The RFP will not be mailed out and no Bidders Mailing List (BML) will be maintained. The entire RFP package will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page at http://www.drum.army.mil/garrison/director/spcl/dircon/const.htm No hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to offer are required to monitor the Fort Drum Contracting web page for any/all amendments to the RFP. Failure to respond to any amendment may render the offer to be considered as non-responsive and th ereby rejected. The offers must be supplied in hard copy form to the Directorate of Contracting, 45 West Street, Fort Drum, NY, 13602-5220. No electronic offers will be accepted.
