- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote Number is FA4452-03-Q-A113. The applicable NAICS code is 334119, 1000 employees. This requirement is for CLIN 0001, 1 each, Crossroads 10,000 Storage Area Network (SAN), Part Number VM000004, CLIN 0002, 1 pkg. Crossroads SCSI Cable 8 pack, P/N AF80052, CLIN 0003, 3 each 5M Multi-Mode Cable SC-SC, CLIN 0004, 3 each, 10M Multi-Mode Cable SC-SC, CLIN 0005, 3 each, 1M Multi-Mode FC Cable LC-SC, CLIN 0006, 3 each 10M Multi-Mode FC Cable LC-SC and CLIN 0007, 5 each Power Cables, P/N 03310E. All items are to be delivered FOB Destination to the following location: 62 CS/SCXP, ATTN: Rocco Liogghio, Bldg 851, Loading Dock Lincoln Blvd. McChord AFB, WA 98438-1317. Delivery is required 30 days after contract award. Earlier delivery is acceptable and desired by the Government. Federal Acquisition Provisions (FAR) 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (July 2002), FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Feb 2002), and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (May 2002) shall apply to this solicitation. Contractors submitting quotes must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Award will be made to the responsible offeror at the lowest total aggregate price meeting the stated requirements for all line items. Quotes and a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, shall be submitted electronically to teresa.francoeur@scott.af.mil by 20 May 2003, 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Late quotes will not be accepted.
