- This is second modification adding correct specifications to CLIN 0004 to a previous modification for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set- aside 100% for small businesses associated with the NIACS code 423430 and small business size standard of 100 employees.
