- This will be an engineering and technical services contract for the construction and testing of a modified Slip Ring Capsule in support of the AWACS aircraft. Delieverables will be both the slip ring and the test report. Destination: FB2065 . The approximate issue date will be 16 May 2003 with the approximate response date of 16 Jun 2003.
