- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. A REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. OC-ALC is seeking sources to provide toilet assembly kits, kit proof of one aircraft, installation of the kits IAW TCTO 1C-135-1596 and initial provisioning spares (62 NSNs) for the KC-135R. Drawings, TO s and TCTOs will be provided during an Industry Day to be held from 8:00 to 4:00, 28 May 2003 at Hampton Inn, 1833 Center Dr, Midwest City, Oklahoma 73110. The Government plans to contract for a Basic period and four Option periods with range quantities of kits and installations of 5-10, 11-15 and 16-20 for each year. The projected contract award date is Aug 2003 with an estimated duration of 5 years. A copy of the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided herein. Any questions concerning the SOW will be addressed on an anonymous basis during the Industry Day.
