- Description
- Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Effectiveness Directorate, Integration and Operations Division (AFRL/HEO) solicits research proposals for Fiscal Year (FY) 03 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), and Minority Institutions (MI) set-aside program. This proposed contract is being considered as a 100 percent set-aside for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs), as defined by the clause at 252.226-7000 of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. The offeror must represent and certify as part of the offer, that it is an HBCU/MI as shown in DFARS provision 252.226-7008. The HBCU/MI submitting an offer shall agree that at least 50 percent of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel shall be for the employees of the HBCU/MI.
