- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Landscaping IDIQ Requirement here at Luke AFB, in Arizona. The contractor will be required to provide Landscaping throughout the base to include but not limited to irrigation and repair, new planting and transplanting, installation of inert landscaping material, brick, block, and concrete work, and production of landscaping designs by a registered landscape architect as necessary. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. This requirement will be solicited citing full and open competition under the requirements of FAR Subpart 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (NAICS 238990). All contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov prior to award of this contract. The solicitation will be issued via an Request For Proposal (RFP)on or about 18 June 03, using past performance factors. This project will be advertised as full and open posted on www.eps.gov Electronic Posting System. A firm fixed-price contract will be issued.
