- Description
- The 56th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Interior Finishes and Flooring in support of Luke AFB, Ft. Tuthill and the Barry M. Goldwater Range, AZ. The contractor will be required to maintain, repair and /or construct all Interior Flooring and Finishes to include but not be limited to floors, walls, ceilings etc. for finishes type work. The requirement will be solicited citing full and open competition under the requirements of FAR Subpart 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (NAICS 238330). The proposal will be issued via a Request For Proposal (RFP), using past-performance/price trade off factors. The contract will be issued for one basic period and four option periods. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. The solicitation shall be posted on EPS on or around 25 June 03.
