Description

Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) to repair and upgrade the interior and exterior Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System for the Child Development Center and Annex at Beale AFB, CA. The work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work attached to the Solicitation. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capability will be accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 561621 with a size standard of $10.5 Million. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. A site visit will be held on 27 May 03 at 1:00pm (1300). Interested contractors shall contact the below referenced point of contact prior to your arrival at Beale AFB. Contractors shall meet at the 9th Contracting Squadron, 6500 ?B? Street, Beale AFB, CA 95903. Please arrive on base early to compensate for possible delays entering the gates. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 am (1100) 2 Jun 03. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
