- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F02601-03-T-0009 is being issued as a request for quotes. (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (iv) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 423850, small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) Please propose to provide all management, supervision, labor, parts, tools, lodging, material, and equipment necessary to supply 100 jumbo fire fighting equipment turn out bags (not smaller than 33? long X 15? deep X 17? high with not less than one 8? X 15? X 17? pocket and not less than at least one 3? X ? 15? X 17 ? pocket). (vi) N/A (vii) Place of delivery: 355 CES ? FQ 4877 Bldg 8030 Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707.
