- Description
- Provide Architectural/Engineering Services for a firm fixed price contract to construct an additional floor and penthouse mechanical space above the 1st floor of the I Building, approximately 8000 square feet, and renovate approximately 6000 square feet of space of the 1st floor of the Clinical Addition for a new Primary Care Clinic. The firm should be experienced in working in a hospital setting, provide professional qualifications, provide capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, past performance with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost controls, quality of work, compliance with performance schedules. The general geographical area is limited to within 50 miles of the G. V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS. Submission of two (2) copies of the SF254 and SF255 are required by 6-16-2003. The award of this solicitation is subject to the availability of funding. NAICS Code 541310 applies.
