- Description
- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Bath, NY is seeking to contract with local established hospitals, ambulatory care facilities and/or practice groups in Wellsville, New York who have the qualifications, experience and expertise in providing quality primary care medical services. These services shall be provided to veteran beneficiaries residing in Allegany County in New York and Potter County, Pennsylvania. The offeror/basic provider shall provide complete primary care services in a private hospital or clinic environment. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The estimate cost range for this project is $250,000 - $500,00 for a base and three option years. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 621111 with a size standard of $8.5M.
