- Bag in a Box to include Orange Juice, 100% Juice; Apple Juice, 100% Juice; Kiwi Strawberry, 100% Juice, Cranberry Juice, 100% Juice, Grapefruit, Unsweetened, Ruby Red, 100% Juice. Coffee, ground, prepackaged. Domestic Products Required Approximate Monthly Usage for Cafeterias 701 and 702: Orange Juice (40-50 cases); Apple Juice (40 cases); Kiwi Strawberry (40 cases); Cranberry Juice (20 cases); Grapefruit Juice, Unsweetened, Ruby Red (6 cases); Coffee, ground (6 cases). Estimated usage for each item is shown above and may be used as a guide for quotation purposes. However, no minimum or maximum quantities are promised by Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy Services: Vendor will furnish all necessary equipment as requested and approved by the Manager of Food Service. Vendor will maintain all equipment to include preventative maintenance as applicable and services for all machines. The equipment will be checked by service technician each delivery, preferably every two weeks. A service report will be completed and signed by both the Food Service Manager/designee and technician. Emergency service per contract, same day or within 12 hours. Equipment to include but not limited to: Juice Machines: Four (4) machines - Two (2) machines per buildings 701 and 702 with a minimum of four (4) heads, four juices per machine. Machines must be lighted, key lock mechanism, push button dispensing and able to sustain large volume usage. Coffee machines: Two (2) machines - One (1) per buildings 701 and 702 Sixty (60) cup coffee machines w/ hot water dispensers. *********************SPEC SHEETS REQUIRED FOR ALL EQUIPMENT************************ The Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy is obligated to the extent of authorized calls actually placed against the Blanket Purchase Agreement. This agreement may be cancelled by either party by providing written notice on intent to cancel to the other party thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Interested parties are to determine their offer(s) based on the specificaitons. The ECCJCA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any or all informalities.
