- Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity Contract, RFP, 100% small business set-aside, full and open competition, commercial item for sodium bisulfite, acs, unit package contains 32 ounces, I/A/W CID A-A-59282, critical application item for a quantity of 3,101 packages for DLA stock location SRG, Richmond, VA depot. COS is coded Y therefore solicitation is IAW FAR part 12. RFP will result in 3,101 pk estimated for base year and will include (4) four option years to the stock location (SRG), Richmond depot, with inspection and acceptance, origin, QAP 010. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payment, quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%, delivery is 45 days for 1st delivery, 30 days for DLA stock shipments. No surge requirement. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors by contacting the hotline at (804-279-3350) for SP0450-03-R-2563, and will be posted to gateway so offerors can obtain on the progate link http://progate.daps.mil/home only after issue date anticipated of May 16, 2003.
