- Description: Solicitation Number SP450-03-R-3355, LTC03064009556, (2) NSNS 6850-01-236-0128 and 6850-01-235-0872, Cleaning Compound, Aircraft Surface, QPL applies, I/A/W MIL-PRF-85570D. Unit drum contains 55 Gallons. Original manufacturer?s commercial unit packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. Solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year with an option to extend for (4) years. Automated Best Value System applies, The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance, Origin for Stock, QAP 010. Inspection and Acceptance for DVD?s is Origin for first shipment, thereafter I&A Destination, QAP 021. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Hazardous Warning Label are required. The solicitation will be issue on 19 May 2003 with a closing date of 30 June 2003.
