- This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Department of Homeland Security/United States Coast Guard has a requirement for a variety of insignias, badges, and other uniform items. The items will be grouped into eight (8) related sets. A Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated. The Period of Performance will consist of a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 314999. It is anticipated that an Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 27 June 2003, with Sealed Bids and Bid Samples due 30 days after issuance of the IFB. Bid Samples will be evaluated in accordance with each items respective requirements document.
