- Description
- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 21,000 usable square feet of office space, and parking for 10 Government Owned Vehicles, in northwest metro Atlanta/Smyrna area. Space must be in a quality building of sound, substantial construction, and in an office park or campus-like atmosphere. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The building must be located within the following described area: Beginning at the intersection of I-285 and Powers Ferry Road, thence northwest on Powers Ferry to Hwy 120, thence north and west on Hwy 120 to Atlanta Road, thence south to South Cobb Drive, thence south to I-285, thence northeast to Powers Ferry Road, and point of beginning.
