- Description
- The U. S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 8,500 usable square feet of office and related space in Southwest metro Atlanta, suitable for special agency use. The space must be in a quality building of substantial construction, in an office park or other campus like atmosphere, and project a professional image. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The proposed location must lie within an area bounded as follows: Beginning at a point at the downtown Atlanta intersection of I-85 and I-20, thence southwest along I-85 to the intersection of U. S. Hwy 27, thence northwest on Hwy 27 to the intersection of I-20, thence east on I-20 to the intersection of I-85 and the point of beginning.
