- NAICS Code: 811219 The Office of Pesticide Programs/Biological and Economic Analysis Division located in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi 39529 requires electronic upgrades and preventative maintenance on the KRATOS concept high resolution gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (HRMS). The Environmental Protection Agency anticipates that a purchase order will be issed to award this requirement as a sole source, firm fixed price procurement using the Simplified Acquistion Procedures in (FAR Part 13). A completed representations and certifications must be included with the completed request for quote. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best over all value to the Government. All requests for the RFQ or questions should be be sent electronically to hill.stacy@epa.gov. The RFQ with the applicable statement of work will be issued NLT June 6, 2003. All quotes are due by July 7, 2003, 12:00 P. M. EST.
