- Seeking sources of 51% Indian-owned economic enterprises to provide GPS mapping and spraying of noxious weeds within the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota. The 51% Indian-owned individual or company must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the application of herbicides for the control of noxious weeds, be a South Dakota resident or company headquartered in South Dakota, and South Dakota commercially certified pesticide applicator.
