- Description
- The purpose of this negotiated procurement is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract in which the contractor shall provide an Industrial Prime Vendor base consisting of innovative methods of providing cost efficient, integrated supply chain management in support of the bench stock requirements of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) lines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The resulting contract will have a basic period of one year and two annual option periods which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. A Statement of Work (SOW) and the Contract Data Requirements List will be provided with the Request for Proposal (RFP). The SOW information will include a list of the bench stock items required to be procured and stocked. On a day to day basis, the successful offeror shall maintain and distribute these items at Al Salam Aircraft Co., Riyadh KSA. The requirement will be solicited and awarded utilizing Risk/Performance/Price Tradeoff (RPPT) procedures to make an integrated assessment for the best value award decision. Any offeror interested must be able to gain entrance into and conduct business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The RFP will only be available at www.fedbizopps.gov.
