- Description
- The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center anticipates awarding a contract for Sleep Study Service for the VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Contractor facility for sleep studies must be within 50 miles of the Huntington, West Virginia VA Medical Center. The contract award will include a base year period of 12 months and two optional renewal periods of one year, pending availability of funds. Period of performance will begin on October 1, 2003. This RFQ is issued under the Commercial Test Program. The NAICS Code is 621498 and is non-restrictive. Quotes due no later than 1:00 pm local time on 9-25-02. This solicitation and any amendments issued will be available for download. Quoters are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. No telephone requests will be accepted.
