- The purpose of this amendment is to request Best and Final Offers to solicitation #RML-RFQ-3023. 1) As no offeror was found to be acceptable in both the Price and Technical portions of this solicitation, Best and Final Offers are hereby requested. 2) Responses from all entities who submitted an offer within the time frame specified in the original solicitation will be considered. 3) Best And Final Offers must be submitted to the purchasing agent listed above no later than 4:30 pm MST 05/23/03. 4) The offeror must stipulate whether his/her BAFO is submitted as a replacement in part or in whole to the earlier submission or if the information contained therein is supplemental.
