- PR No: LTC03115011105. This solicitation will contain NSN 1270-01-7074-4037 for a Optical Module, in accordance with Pilkington LTD Cage K6111, DWG 020334, P/N 020334. This award will be solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. FOB Origin, I&A Origin, Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. First Article Testing is required. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, under other than full and open competition procedures. The Guaranteed Minimum Contract Quantity for the Base Year is 18 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Contract Quantity for each Option Year is 9 each. The EAD / Maximum Order Quantity for the Base Year is 27 each. The EAD / Maximum Order Quantity for each Option Year is 36 each. The Maximum Contract Quantity for the Base Year is 45 each. The Maximum Contract Quantity for each Option Year is 72 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other factors as described in the solicitation.
