- SPAWAR SYSTEMS CENTER, San Diego intends to award on a sole source basis a contract modification to SAIC, Technology Services Company of San Diego, CA under the existing contract: N66001-97-C-0029. This action will provide a level of effort increase and extend the period of performance through 30 Sept 2003. The estimated increase in the level of effort is approximately 9,150 hours. The total estimated value of the eight-month is $450K. This action will be issued as a modification under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source.
