- Description
- The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Inuktun Services, Ltd., 2569 Kenworth Road, Suite C, Nanaimo, BC V9t 3M4, Canada, on a sole source basis for the purchase of a 24V Versatrax Scissors Adjustable Mast, part number SE-EM-83. The extendable mast will be placed on an unmanned vehicle, and will provide an adjustable height platform for a sensor package to achieve a higher vantage point, but which can retract for storage and stealth when needed. A thorough market survey identified the Inuktun Versatrax Scissors PN SE-EM-83 as fulfilling the role required for the adjustable height package in a system already designed for robotic vehicle use in a waterproof, ruggedized, lightweight package. This system is being procured for a test and evaluation program. Future procurements, if any, are intended to be competitive. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, 6703 W. Highway 98, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 333319 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees.
