- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to competitively award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) in support of DoD Maintenance activities and associated Headquarters functions. NAVAIR and the Air Force will be the primary users of the BPA(s), support for other Service Headquarters and Maintenance activities (e.g., NAVSEA Shipyards and Intermediate Maintenance Activities) will be accomplished under the auspices of the PMA-203 mission. The services include all life cycle management activities associated with the planning, implementation, execution and retirement of depot and headquarters business initiatives. The period of performance of each BPA is estimated to be a total of 5 years or expiration of the individual GSA schedule, whichever occurs first. The SIN to be utilized is 871-6. Each BPA will have an estimated ceiling of $49,502,000. The RFQ, including SOW, proposal instructions, and evaluation criteria will be posted to http://contracts.navair.navy.mil/ on May 13, 2003. All proposals received on or before May 30, 2003, 3:30pm est, will be considered by the Government.
