- NA Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for ground application of herbicides to treat and control targeted noxious weed species, scotch thistle, musk thistle, and knapweed (diffuse and spotted) at Yakima Training Center, Yakima, Washington. S pecific performance requirements and scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Attendance at the scheduled site visit on May 20, 2003 at 0800, Building 810, Yakima Training Center, Yakima, Washington. Point of contact for site visit is Pete Nissen (50 9) 577-3500. A Washington State driver??????s license and herbicide applicators license for application. Personnel shall be knowledgeable in ground application of herbicides and the specific type of equipment and treatment actions being used. Coordination with the Contracting Officer??????s Representative (COR) prior to beginning any spray or control operations. A 95% control of target species within the control areas. No off-site drift of any chemicals applied. No impacts to non-target species. Perform pre and post treatment surveillance to determine optimum treatment window and effectiveness monitoring during the performance period. Establish and implement a quality control program that includes a description of how to ensure adequate control of target spe cies. Complete required reports identified within the performance work statement. The Request for Quotation number is DABJ25-03-Q-0008. The NAICS code is 115112 and the size standard is $6.0 million. The proposed procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside.
