- This effort is for the repair of the F-16 Electronic Diagnostic Engine Starting Test Set and the Test Data Extractor Unit. The Government plans to award a Five Year (One year Basic period with Four-one year Option periods), Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type repair contract. Items to be repaired: NSN 4920-01-424-6458KV, P/N PR7707385-1, Electronic Diagnostic Engine Starting Controller Set (DESSC), BEQ: 11 per year; NSN 4920-01-424-8886KV, P/N PR7707385-2, Test data extractor unit Support Kit (TDEU), BEQ: 8 per year; NSN 4920-01-424-8886KV, P/N AY31412481, Test data extractor unit Support Kit (TDEU), BEQ: 8 per year; NSN 6150-01-371-9910KV, P/N WA8304350-0, Cable Assembly, BEQ: 1 per year; NSN 6150-01-371-9911KV, P/N WA8304349-0, BEQ: 1 per year. This effort is restricted to the sole source: RSL ELECTRONICS, CAGE S7040. The Government does not own or possess the drawings and/or specifications. Numbered Note 22 applies.
