- This is a MODIFICATION to the FY04 DUAL USE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM (DUS&T) Broad Agency Announcement BAA-AFRL-03-10. THE FY04 BAA ANNOUNCEMENT IS MODIFIED TO ADD INFORMATION TO THE PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS TO SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF COPIES AND TYPE OF FORMAT FOR PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL, AND TO CORRECT A TPOC PHONE NUMBER ON TOPIC 04-XP-01. Offerors are directed to review BAA-AFRL-03-10 for proposal due date/time and complete proposal preparation/submittal instructions and information on the FY04 DUS&T Program.
