- Description
- The VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR Part 6.302 to a firm by the name of Camtronics, for VERICIS digital archival system service agreement. Camtronics provides phone coverage for product assistance 24 hours/7days/365 days per year. Phone response time for product support is immediate or not to exceed 1 hour. Proactive remote monitoring, set preventive maintenance schedules, system status reports, and repairs performed during customer off hours. Onsite response for hardware replacement is within 4 hours, every day of the week, 24 hours a day. Clinical reporting customization, including free continual software updates within coverage time to keep customer VERICIS system at the most current software revision. This will be a TVHS procurement, for the Nashville VA Medical Center. The intended contract will be for base period plus 2 optional one year periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties that believe they can meet these needs with an equal product must furnish sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements no later than 4:00pm, May 23, 2003. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses received will be reviewed however; a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
