- Under the authority of FAR 6, subpart 6.301 and 6.302, the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Boise, Idaho intends to award a sole source contract to Smith & Nephew to provide Video Arthroscopy Equipment, Resection Arthroscopy Equipment, Access Arthroscopy Equipment and Small Joint Arthroscopy Equipment. Installation and training will be provided at no additional cost. Delivery shall be FOB destination. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing their product's technical data, brochures, price list and catalogs. If this commodity is available under GSA contract, please provide copy of contract. All responses must be received in writing to: Jane Holt (90B), A&MM Service, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702. Faxed or e-mail proposal will not be accepted. Upon absent response to this notice within 5 days, an award will be made to Smith & Nephew Endoscopy.
