- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Ikon Office Solutions, 3021 Riverwatch Parkway, Augusta, GA 30907 to perform full maintenance service (including all parts, labor and supplies, except paper and staples) on a leased Canon Color Copier CLC 3100, Serial No. NSL00364, ID No.10058545 and the Z-90 RIP Color Pass, Item No. 0456A001ABS ZCIPUL00058953 for the VA Medical Center, Augusta, GA for a period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004, plus four one year options. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811212 with a standard size of $21.0 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 10 days after publication of this synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by Fax 706-481-6741 or Alt. 478-274-5539. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Request for Quotation will be issued on or about June 2, 2003.
