- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region i= s soliciting competitive proposals for Janitorial Services at the McMinnvil= le Automated Flight Service Station (AFSS) McMinnville, OR. The AFSS consi= sts of approximately 10,000 square feet of floor space on one floor, includ= ing administrative office, storage for equipment, operating, break, trainin= g and rest rooms. The services are required seven days a week. The period= of performance shall begin October 1, 2003. - September 30, 2004. The con= tract shall provide for Base Year with four (4) one (1) year option periods= . This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under the= North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code 561720. Intere= sted parties may request a copy of the Request for Offers (RFO) in writing,= US mail, electronic mail or fax, no later than June 5, 2003. No telephone= requests.
