- Description
- The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), through the Program Support Center (PSC), intends to award a twenty-one month sole source simplified acquisition to Karen J. VanLandeghem. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is to assist in the development and writing of Child Health Insurance Research Initiative (CHIRI) Issue Briefs and their dissemination. Closing date for this announcement is May 28, 2003. The proposed simplified acquisition action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed simplified acquisition based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors may forward capability statements to the referenced address within 15 days after the date of publication of this Notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
