- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) plans to award a simplified acquisition to Sandra L. Boyer for the project entitled ?Protocol Representation Standards Development.? The purpose of this project is to develop a standardized, structured electronic messaging document that will represent complex protocol information to be balloted at Health Level 7. This will be awarded as a sole source to: Sandra L. Boyer, 733 Marlin Drive, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Award will be made 15 days after the posting of this notice. All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit a written quotation by the due date referenced above.
