- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA is requesting proposals for single pass DNA primer extension sequencing reactions using T3 primers. . This procurement is for the National Ocean Service, Hollings Marine Laboratory located at Charleston, SC. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies required to perform 8000 single pass DNA primer extension sequencing reactions using T3 primers. Samples will be submitted in 96-well format, 10 plates per submission. Sequencing must be carried out on 96 place capillary sequencer, ABI 3730XL or equivalent and must produce sequence reads of 700-900 bases. Turnaround time is 48 hours, with sequence data files provided by e-mail or CD. Contract award will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, using the commercial item acquisition process. The solicitation will be available on or about May 23, 2003.
