- Solicitation for End Item: Various Aircraft, NSN 5826-00-601-3390, YPG03093002716, Mechanism Assy., Ametek Inc., Cage: 61349, P/N: -140196. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 90 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Critical Application item. QAP 001. NAICS is 339999. This is an unrestricted, other than full and open competition procurement, intended sources: Ametek Inc., Cage: 61349, Aeronautical Instrument and RAD Cage: 83942. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Estimated annual quantity for year one is 180 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 88 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
