- DESCRIPTION: NSN: 4910-01-461-2809, Maintenance Kit, Vehicular. Made in accordance with Army Drawing (19207) 12469905 and all current related data. Quantity of 430 kits to be delivered within 120 days to New Cumberland, PA (230 kits) and Stockton, CA (200 kits). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes: 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 06/02/03. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
