Description
DESCRIPTION: 3010004751290: Propeller Shaft, with Universal Joint. Made in accordance with source controlled drawing (19207) 10921762 and all current related data. The only approved source at this time is Cooper Power Tools Apex Operation (03705) part number 28-054-SD. This solicitation is for an NSN Indefinte Quantity Type Contract with estimated annual quantity of 190 each to be shipped to various zones within CONUS with a phased delivery schedule. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of May 29, 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The solicitation is unrestricted. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The drawing cited is subject to export-control regulations and distribution is limited to those contractors qualified to receive restricted drawings, as listed on the Certified Contractors Access List (CCAL). If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07 ?Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed three years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
