Description
The USCG Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: 1) NSN 5306-01-507-3163, Bolt, Machine, shaft coupling, with nut, UNS G41400 (SAE 4140) to be manufactured in accordance with Specification SAE AMS6382M and available dimension sheet. U.S. Coast Guard Part No.378FRAM-W-243-27 Item 13. Quantity is 80 each. Delivery shall be on or before 11/01/03. FOB Destination delivery to USCG ELC Warehouse Annex, Columbia, MD 21046. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. NOTE: Dimension Sheet, Packing, Marking and bar code specifications are available to all interested parties, please contact Mr. Orofino. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR 2001. NAICS code for this solicitation is 336999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation. Offerors may obtain full text versions of these clauses electronically at http://www.arnet.gov/far. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, Commercial Items (MAY 2002). The following clauses listed in 52.212-5 are incorporated: 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities (Feb 1999); 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity (E.O. 11246); 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (29 U.S.C. 793); 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.225-1, Buy American Act, Balance of Payments Program, Supplies (41 U.S.C. 10a-10d); 52.225-13,Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases (E.O. 12722,12724,13059,13067,13121, and 13129); 52.232-34, Payment by Electronics Funds Transfer-Other than Central Contractor Registration (21 U.S.C. 3332), the time period mentioned in paragraph (b)(1) of the clause is concurrent with the first request.
