- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to locate potential sources to provide a program of community-based supervision services that will monitor illegal adult immigrants who are pending court or removal proceedings and would otherwise be held in a secure facility, on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This new program, called the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) is similar to the Intensive Supervision Probation services that have been provided in the criminal justice system. Sources shall provide a non-residential program of highly structured and closely supervised Orders of Supervision that emphasizes compliance with Immigration Court requirements. The work statement calls for individual service plans and case management with frequent reporting, home visits, and monitoring of daily activities of an estimated 200 participants per year per location. The geographical area of consideration for program offices is a location within 50 miles of the local DHS area office in the following locations: Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Miami, FL; St. Paul, MN; Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; San Francisco, CA; and Portland, OR. This notice IS NOT a notice of availability of a solicitation. Rather this notice is seeking a response from sources who may be interested in providing the services described above. Interested potential sources are invited to submit a letter of interest along with a description of capabilities.
