- Description
- The Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), a new Federal Agency, has a requirement for a contractor to provide residential substance abuse treatment services to offender clients who are dually-diagnosed with substance abuse and mental health treatment needs. CSOSA is mandated to provide comprehensive alcohol and substance abuse treatment services to persons who have been ordered to undergo such tratment by the courts, either as part of a sentence, pre-sentence, or as a condition of probation or parole. The selected contractor will provide residential treatment utilizing an integrated treatment model that combines addiction treatment with treatment for mental health disorders. The contract period of performance will be 365 days, with four (4) one-year options. The solicitation issuance is estimated for June 20, 2003.
