- NAICS Code: 339111 EPA intends to buy from QIAGEN, Inc, on a noncompetitive basis, two QIAGEN Biorobot 8000 workstation and one QIAGEN Biorobot 3000 workstation to be used for extraction of DNA from fish tissue. The DNA will be used in the development of molecular biological and biochemical indicators of exposure. These systems have been selected because they are compatible with established standard operating procedures. The systems will be purchased on a GSA schedule. EPA will also purchase an accessory package for each work station. The accessory packages are not on the GSA schedule and will be purchased as open-market items.
