- Description
- The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), 401 14th Street, SW Washington, DC 20227 intends to award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) for interns. A solicitation is not available. HACU provides talented college students to intern throughout FMS. This enables FMS to meet Agency Affirmative Action Employment goals and support the Office of Personnel Management?s Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Recruitment Program. The government will award a simplified acquisition purchase order to the offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government. The offers will be evaluated on the basis of the candidates? qualifications, under representation in the Federal government, ability to meet future recruitment needs, past performance and price. Interested offerors are required to respond within 15 calendar days of this notice. Responses must be in writing and include technical qualifications and pricing data.
