- Description
- The U S Naval Academy (USNA) has a requirement for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 This requirement shall be performed at and sole sourced to Clarkson University, Division of Research, 8 Clarkson Ave., P O Box 5630, Potsdam NY 13699.Clin 0001 ? Develop parametric feedback control techniques necessary to realize graph theoretic-based algorithms in differential equations. Clin 0001AA ? Provide practical examples in relation to controlling a dynamical system by combinatorial methods. Clin 0001AB ? Develop a stochastic version of algorithms based on Frobenius-Perron operator. Clin 0001AC ? Develop independent research projects based on the above tasks at a level suitable for advanced undergraduate students majoring in mathematics or electrical engineering. This solicitation shall close on Tuesday, 13 May 2003. See Note 22.
