- This is a firm fixed price type contract with the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide all management, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide grounds maintenance services to the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA and surrounding areas. Performance period will be for one base year with four possible option years. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 561730. The related Small Business Size Standard is $6 million.
