- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) MPQ-9 Gear Shaft and Sector assembly to include 7628364 shaft & sector assembly, 7627869 gear cluster, and 7627868 gear cluster (Quantity ? 12 sets). This item is sole sourced to Radio Research Instrument Co. Inc. for direct replacement parts for the ATM-6 pedestal system. Any firms believing that they can provide the above product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Officer no later that 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
