- Solicitation N00421-03-T-0163 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 10 ea P/N PWW-FX400AA0A0A0A0A UPS 220V INTL 50HZ, CLIN 0002 Quantity 10 ea P/N PWW-BPE02MBBA MAKE B4 BREAK BYPASS SWITCH under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. MANUFACTURER MUST BE POWERWARE. Award is expected 19 MAY 2003. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 16 MAY 2003 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
